According to The Mirror, when Pep Guardiola closes his eyes, he probably sees the smiling face of Antonio Conte .
For the second time in the Premier League this season, Chelsea's Italian boss got the better of Manchester City's Catalan - following up the 3-1 win in December with a 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night.
Eden Hazard's double won it for the hosts, with the strikes coming either side of David Silva's strike for City, and it meant that Guardiola suffered something that he never has before.
Because the result means that Conte has become the first manager EVER to do the league double over Guardiola in the same season.
The City boss was never beaten by the same team twice in the same league season when he was at previous clubs Barcelona and Bayern Munich, but Conte has ended that run in his first season in the Premier League.
Evidence that Pep has lost his touch? Or that the Premier League is harder? Or that Conte is just a really, really scary man? Must be one of the above..
